Following the recommendations of the World Health Organization and government agencies, starting Monday, March 23rd, we will be implementing Telework. For two weeks, our team will assist you through our virtual channels, while our physical offices remain closed.
We have all the technological tools necessary to provide you with the best service right from home. We want you to be calm, but above all, we want you to be safe at home and take care of your health.

Remember that the physical office will be closed from Monday through Thursday, but will be open on Fridays from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm for check delivery only, following all sanitation protocols. It is important that you also take all the protective measures against the coronavirus and take into account these recommendations.

• Avoid traditional greetings
• Cover your mouth with your forearm when coughing
• If you have symptoms wear face masks and refrain from leaving home
To help you make everything easier:
Payments will be made by phone with debit/credit card info, following all security mechanisms.
Payroll payments will be made through:
• Direct deposit
• Mailing of checks to the employee’s address
• Delivery of physical checks at the Valle Group offices on Fridays from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Payroll Hours Reporting
Please report payroll hours by Wednesday at the latest to organize the logistics of the delivery method of your choice.
If you will not be having payroll for a certain time, please do not cancel your Worker’s Compensation policy. We can report zero payroll figures to the carrier, which won’t generate surcharges and will maintain your policy active.
